All set in Verona for the annual event that brings together producers, experts, buyers and innovators from around the world to explore the future of vegetable oils. 

The new edition of a historic fair, SOL, evolves to become the international benchmark. From Sunday, March 2 to Tuesday, March 4, Calabria will once again be the protagonist through the Olio di Calabria Igp Consortium, which has organized educational moments, talks and unmissable appointments. 

“A unique and immersive experience that focuses on olive oil, sustainability and product excellence,” the announcement by Consortium President Massimino Magliocchi. “Sol2Expo, the International Exhibition on Olive Oils, is starting: our Consortium is ready for new challenges with focus on innovation, product, training and oil-related tourism,” Magliocchi reiterated.

The first, important, appointment is Sunday, 12:30 p.m., at Hall 2 / Stand E3-E4 of the Calabria region for a conference, whose title is “a dip in gold” on the relationship between sport,food and wellness. Introduced by Giuseppe Perri, director of Consorzio Olio di Calabria lGP. Speakers include Flavio Talarico, Board Member Elaioteca Regionale, Tiziana Stallone, Nutritionist Biologist, University Lecturer and President Enpab, Giovanni Tocci, diving Olympian and Olio di Calabria IGP testimonial, Massimino Magliocchi, President of the Consorzio Olio di Calabria IGP, Fulvia Caligiuri, ARSAC Director General, Giuseppe liritano, Director General of the Department of Agriculture Calabria Region and Gianluca Gallo, Assessore Agricoltura Regione Calabria. 

Then, on Monday, March 3, space will be given to the conference “A unique and inimitable label” focused on the new anti-counterfeiting collar, produced in collaboration with I’Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato. Introduced by Giuseppe Perri, director of Consorzio Olio di Calabria IGP.
